Choi Seung Hyun on Creating the Disturbing Thanos in Squid Game 2

Choi Seung Hyun (TOP) drew attention by sharing his personal thoughts on the character "Thanos" he portrayed in Netflix's Squid Game 2. On January 28th, a video titled "TOP Reacts to Thanos' Best Scenes" was uploaded to Netflix Korea's online channel. Choi Seung Hyun explained that he had extensive discussions with the director about the Thanos character, stating, "I wanted to create a unique, never-before-seen character. I aimed to make the audience feel uneasy and unsure whether they found him disturbing or repulsive. To achieve this, I used outdated and exaggerated movements. My goal was to give the viewers an unsettling feeling about him."
