The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method designed to improve focus and productivity.
📋 Basic principle:

Focus on one task for 25 minutes (this is called 1 Pomodoro)

Then take a 5-minute break

After 4 pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes)
This technique was created in the 1980s by Francesco Cirillo, who used a tomato-shaped kitchen timer—hence the name.
